Tips for filling out the Documentation of Bow Materials PDF (the Alliance has created this form to build awareness and facilitate the most up-to-date CITES compliance):
If you want to use all of our PDF’s interactive features (particularly the ability to add images), make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (free version downloadable here). Then, click on the Documentation of Bow Materials PDF* button above (it will open in a new tab). Download it to your computer by clicking on the arrow [ ⤓ ] in the upper-right-hand corner. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Fill out your Maker/Expert contact information, add your logo, and then save that version of the PDF as your own personal template for future use. Complete the rest of the form (if you prefer to do so by hand, select and delete “Toggle the arrow at right to make selection…” from each dropdown menu and print the resulting blank form).
